Liberty Forge Built products are made to order and fulfilled through print production partners. Production and shipping timelines can vary by product, destination, order volume, and carrier conditions.
Order Processing
Most orders are submitted for production shortly after checkout. Once production begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for carrier tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will review available options.
