Stories from the Forge
Print One Memory

A phone can hold years of photographs and still make a particular afternoon hard to find. Sometimes the most useful thing you can do with a picture is give it a physical place. Print one image that means something to your household. It does not need to be the technically best photograph. Choose the one you would like to explain.
A Small Way to Begin
Pick a single picture rather than beginning with the entire camera roll.
Write the date, place, and names on the back or in the album.
Put it somewhere people can encounter it, not in another box waiting for a perfect system.
Make It Part of the Day
A slightly blurry picture of people you love can carry more than a polished landscape. The story matters. Tell it while the details are easy to remember. Passing something down can begin with a small print, a few honest words, and the decision to keep them together.
